Role Definition: Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd acts as the Data Processor. You (the Subscriber) act as the Data User and are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before uploading their details into our system.

1. Information Collection

We collect the following to provide our services:

Account Data: Business name, email, phone number, and billing info.
Customer Data (Uploaded): Contact lists imported into the Contacts module.
Usage Data: Chat logs, broadcast history, form submissions, and media files.

2. Use of Information

Your data is strictly used for:

Operating the 360connect platform (Messaging, CRM, Analytics).
Billing and account management.
Compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

To maintain system performance and privacy:

Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your subscription is active.
Inactive/Expired Accounts: We reserve the right to permanently delete your data (Contacts, Logs, Media) 90 days after your subscription expires or is terminated.
Media Files: Temporary media files uploaded for broadcasts may be auto-deleted after 30 days to optimize storage.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols. However, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Data is shared only with essential sub-processors:

WhatsApp / Meta: To facilitate message transmission.
Cloud Infrastructure: Server providers hosting our platform.
