Are there any per-message fees or hidden costs?
No. 360 Connect operates on a flat-rate model. Unlike the official WhatsApp Cloud API which charges you for every conversation started, our Scan & Go architecture allows you to send unlimited messages, broadcasts, and automated replies without any variable costs.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number and chat history?
Yes, absolutely! You can link any existing WhatsApp Personal or Business App number by simply scanning a QR code (just like WhatsApp Web). All your old chat history remains safely on your phone, while all new incoming messages will start syncing instantly into your new shared workspace.
What is considered a "WhatsApp Connection"?
One WhatsApp Connection equals one physical phone number that you scan into our system. Once connected, your entire team can log in simultaneously to manage that single number's chats. If your business uses two different phone numbers (e.g., one for Sales, one for Support), you will need the Pro Plan.
Is API integration included in the monthly fee?
API integration is not included in the standard monthly subscription. Workflow API, webhooks, and external system integrations are available for Pro and Enterprise customers as quoted add-ons, depending on integration complexity. Advance users can use the built-in forms, booking flows, auto-replies, inbox, contacts, and pipeline without external API integration.
Is Google Calendar & Smart Schedule included in all plans?
Yes. Advance includes Smart Schedule, Google Calendar sync, and WhatsApp Bot Booking for basic booking workflows. Pro is recommended when you need more users, 2 WhatsApp connections, higher workflow capacity, or integration-ready booking flows.
Is onboarding and setup support included?
Yes. All 12-month plans come with the professional onboarding fee waived. Short-term plans include onboarding support with a separate onboarding fee. Pro and Enterprise customers receive priority flow mapping support for larger teams, multiple WhatsApp connections, or more complex workflows before launch.
What is the Professional Onboarding Fee?
The professional onboarding fee covers account setup, basic deployment, onboarding guidance, and initial workflow configuration support. It is RM 1,000 for 3-month plans, RM 500 for 6-month plans, and fully waived for 12-month plans on both Advance and Pro.
Can I upgrade or add more numbers later?
Absolutely. Most businesses start with Advance. Advance includes 1 Admin + 1 Staff account, with up to 5 additional staff accounts available at RM 50/month each (7 people total maximum). Pro includes 1 Admin + 5 Staff accounts with no staff cap, and supports 2 WhatsApp connections. When your team grows beyond Advance capacity, needs a second WA number, or requires Workflow API add-ons, upgrading to Pro is recommended.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contract is required. Month-to-month plans run on a minimum 3-month commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months — there is no automatic lock-in beyond your chosen period, and you simply decide whether to renew when it expires. Onboarding fees may be waived for qualified annual commitments; speak to our team.
Is there a trial or pilot option before I commit to a full plan?
Yes. We offer a 90-Day Workflow Pilot for a one-time RM500 onboarding fee — that's 3 months of full platform access, one complete workflow setup, and hands-on consultation. A standard 3-month signup costs RM1,500 (subscription) + RM1,000 (onboarding) = RM2,500 total, so you save RM2,000 with the Pilot. If you continue with an annual plan after the pilot, the RM500 is credited toward your first payment. The Pilot is offered to suitable businesses after a quick workflow review. What happens to my data when my plan expires?
Your contacts, conversations, pipelines, and workflow data are retained for 90 days after plan expiry — giving you a full window to renew or export before any data is removed. You can export your contacts and records at any time from the admin panel, even after expiry. We recommend exporting a backup before your plan ends as a precaution.
