Yes, absolutely! You can link any existing WhatsApp Personal or Business App number by simply scanning a QR code (just like WhatsApp Web). All your old chat history remains safely on your phone, while all new incoming messages will start syncing instantly into your new shared workspace.

One WhatsApp Connection equals one physical phone number that you scan into our system. Once connected, your entire team can log in simultaneously to manage that single number's chats. If your business uses two different phone numbers (e.g., one for Sales, one for Support), you will need the Pro Plan.

Advance includes the complete built-in operating system — Inbox, Contacts, Pipeline, Smart Forms, Booking, Google Calendar, Automation and Reports — without requiring external API work. Pro includes access to the Integration Hub for Inbound Form Triggers, Outbound Webhooks and Developer API credential management. Custom data mapping, external-system development, security review, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately based on scope. Enterprise is used for complex or high-capacity integration architecture.

Yes. Advance includes Smart Schedule, Google Calendar sync, and WhatsApp Bot Booking for basic booking workflows. Pro is recommended when you need more users, 2 WhatsApp connections, higher workflow capacity, or integration-ready booking flows.

Yes. Standard onboarding is included for all Advance and Pro subscription terms. It covers account setup, template selection, one starter workflow, basic team guidance and launch testing. Pro customers receive priority flow mapping for larger teams, two WhatsApp connections and integration-ready workflows. Additional custom workflows, data migration or external-system implementation are quoted separately.

Standard onboarding is included in Advance and Pro. It covers workspace setup, connection guidance, one ready-made Bot or Form workflow adapted to your business, basic staff access setup, and initial testing. Complex multi-department flows, bulk data migration, custom reports, API mapping or external development are separate implementation projects.

Absolutely. Most businesses start with Advance. Advance includes 1 Admin + 1 Staff account, with up to 5 additional staff accounts available at RM 50/month each (7 people total maximum). Pro includes 1 Admin + 5 Staff accounts with no staff cap, and supports 2 WhatsApp connections. When your team grows beyond Advance capacity, needs a second WhatsApp number, or requires Integration Hub access for inbound triggers, outbound webhooks or Developer API credentials, upgrading to Pro is recommended.

The shortest commitment is 3 months. Advance is RM 1,800 for 3 months or RM 3,000 for 6 months; Pro is RM 2,700 for 3 months or RM 4,800 for 6 months. For the best value, pay 12 months upfront and receive 14 months access — RM 6,000 for Advance or RM 9,600 for Pro. There is no automatic extension beyond the selected access period unless you renew.

Your contacts, conversations, pipelines, and workflow data are retained for 90 days after plan expiry — giving you a full window to renew or export before any data is removed. You can export your contacts and records at any time from the admin panel, even after expiry. We recommend exporting a backup before your plan ends as a precaution.
